Brief outline of the film- The film is about a womans pendant necklace. At first the audience think that the film is about the woman because of all the things that the ‘demon’ attempts to do to her. However, the audience are informed later in the film that the necklace is powerful - it protects her from a curse. He is trying to steal the necklace from the woman but the only way for him to keep it is to murder her. The ‘demon’ isn’t a human and the audience find that out in the title sequence. The whole film is partly the audience trying to figure out who this ‘demon’ creature is and why he wants the pendant necklace.
Brief outline of the opening sequence- The opening sequence will start with Lama watching tv, but she is being watched by someone. The audience will understand that by the camera movements. This would tell the audience that something bad is going to happen which would probably excite them. As soon as the doorbell rings, weird things start happening in the house. Lama, the character, doesn't take notice of the paranormal activities until she hears a loud shattering sound upstairs. The title sequence would show moving images of the ‘demon/spirit’ trying to get the necklace off of the woman.
